Dinner is served, and what a lovely way to enjoy the fruits of your labor on a plate made in the ancient heritage of Jerusalem potters. Hand thrown and hand painted by Palestinian artisans with lead free glazes for years of practical use. Imported from Jerusalem, the only place in the world where this authentic pottery is still created. 10" diameter. The intricate pattern of vines, leaves, or flowers is called 'Arabesque' meaning 'Arab Style'.  Bold cobalt blue flowers and vines meander on a field of white with a rich cobalt blue border.  Decorated by hand by Palestinian artisans in Jerusalem this contemporary piece reflects tradtional Arabesque design.
