Book and Materials Collection
The books, periodicals, CDs, DVDs, and videos in our collection reflect the fact that “The AANM documents, preserves, celebrates, and educates the public on the history, life, culture and contributions of Arab Americans. We serve as a resource to enhance the knowledge and understanding about Arab Americans and their presence in the United States.” The collection, while focusing on the demographics, art, literature, history, news, broad religious institutions, and developments of Arab Americans as an important segment of the American population, also contains pertinent information about the 22 Arab countries that serve as the countries of origin.
