Facility Rental

The Arab American National Museum offers a variety of unique and beautiful spaces for all occasions.  Impress your guests and feel confident that your special event will be remembered as an exquisite occasion.  With six separate gathering areas, we are able to best fit the space and ambience that suits your needs.  The Museum's catering is able to work with any budget and offers everything from light snacks to full, sit-down gourmet meals.  The Museum has plenty of free parking in the lot behind the Museum; valet parking is available for an additional fee.

	Community Courtyard Enter into a traditional Arabic courtyard with an inlaid limestone and mosaic tile floor, mosaic fountain and soaring calligraphic dome.  Exhibit cases with displays of artifacts line the walls.  This charming space can accommodate up to 150 people for sit-down or strolling meals and works perfectly for weddings, business receptions, holiday parties, family gatherings, anniversaries and special birthday celebrations. The Community Courtyard rents for $150.00 per hour.
	Atrium On the Museum's second floor, with a balcony view of the courtyard and the dome above sits the Atrium.  This space in the round can accommodate up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner or strolling reception.  The Atrium can also be used in tandem with the Courtyard to host larger events. The Atrium rents for $75.00 per hour.
	Rooftop Terrace During the warmer months, the Museum's outdoor Rooftop Terrace presents sweeping views of the majestic Dearborn City Hall complex, parks and green spaces.  This space offers open air seating with a modest pergola canopy for up to 125 people for receptions, weddings, family gatherings, afternoon brunches and other celebrations. The Rooftop Terrace rents for $125.00 per hour.
	Auditorium The Museum's state-of-the-art Auditorium can seat up to 158 guests in theatre style seating with a professional stage and audio/visual system.  The auditorium is perfect for hosting concerts, poetry readings, theatrical performances, business presentations, workshops and wedding ceremonies. The Auditorium rents for $250.00 per hour and includes use of audio/video equipment and technician.
	Classrooms On the Museum's lower level is classroom space with a sound proof divider.  This flexible room has the ability to become two generous sized classrooms or one large classroom.  Each classroom is able to comfortably seat 25 people depending on the configuration of the room.  This is an ideal space to host children’s birthday parties, hands-on activities, conference break-out sessions and informal meals.  For children’s parties we are able to organize hands-on activities and/or entertainment that will keep the children entertained and amused. The Classrooms rent for $35.00 per hour per classroom.
	Board Room For an intimate and more formal space, the Museum has a Board Room that accommodates up to 20 people seated around a rectangular table with executive chairs.  The room has advanced business presentation capabilities and an adjacent kitchenette.  The kitchenette is ideal for serving beverages and light snacks.  Mosaic murals line the walls of the room and a hand-made oriental rug surrounds the table, offering a private and professional meeting space. The Board Room rents for $50.00 per hour.
